    Designing and building original statement pieces is our love and our passion. We have consciously assembled a diverse team of artists and craftspeople who exhibit the special skills needed to create and fine tune your one-of-a-kind piece. They do so in the spirit of true camaraderie at our spacious custom furniture production facility outside Cleveland, Ohio. And they do so using the highest quality materials to ensure each work of art remains as functional as it is beautiful for years and years to come.

    Sheldon Myeroff founded Chagrin Valley Custom Furniture in 2013 as a way to stay active, do what he loved to do, and exercise his creativity following his retirement in 2018. Little did he know then that the basement he called his workshop would evolve into a 6000 square foot production facility with some of the country’s best designers and furniture-makers – all staying active, doing what they love to do, and exercising their creativity day in and day out. How River Tables are Prepped for Epoxy Pours

In Episode 7 of "From Forest to Furnishings", you'll watch the woodworkers at Chagrin Valley Custom Furniture prep the wood slabs for the all-important epoxy resin pour by sawing to specs, removing the bark edges and smoothing the live edge, and lightly sanding the surface. President and Woodworker Sheldon Myeroff leads you through the process with several of his staff, featuring multi-talented Ed Johnson on the chisel, putty, and sander.
