Blue Epoxy & Elm River Kitchen Dining Table

Our customer from Annapolis, Maryland, commissioned this beautiful elm kitchen dining table that we handcrafted from their design idea. Notice the accentuated grains and knots in the light wood that adds so much character to the piece. Iridescent Blue epoxy was poured between the two live edge wood slabs, as well as into cracks and crevices in the wood. The trapezoid base completes the custom piece. We shipped the table to the East Coast in February 2022. CVCF is committed to keeping our forests healthy and productive. The elm used in this table was harvested sustainably from a mature tree designated for culling by the Ohio Division of Forestry in order to improve the habitat for the younger trees and wildlife in the area.
